One of my “duties” as room mom for the PCP’s class was to organize a little something for the teacher’s birthday. I took a page from our Kindergarten room mom’s book and simply asked each student to bring in a hand made card and single flower. I collected everything in a basket as the kids arrived in the morning.
The basket, balloon, vase, Coke (one of her favorite treats) and birthday hat headband were all from Dollar Tree.
I also tucked inside a chocolate salted caramel cupcake from Gigi’s. I seriously cannot get this thing out of my head and am definitely going back for one STAT.

Here’s what the final birthday basket and flowers (TWO vases full) looked like!

The priceless part of all this was seeing twenty-five littles proudly tromp into class, grinning from ear to ear, with flowers and cards in hand for their much loved teacher!
xoxo
